please fill out the form below. If you require quotes on additional fabrics, you may use the comments section for additional items. For sample requests we will send you a full Memo
sample of the Product requested. (Memo samples are 18" to
27" and reflect a full Pattern Repeat, See our Home Page) The
charge for these Samples is $10.00 and Credit will be applied to
your Fabric Order of this same Memo Pattern when the Memo Sample has
been returned intact.

and would like us to identify the source, or find a close match, please mail it to the address listed below. (E-Mail picture samples do not
generally offer a true version of color and the image can be
distorted)
